2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
The following categories of data may be processed through this website and our contact channels:
- Identity: first and last name (via the contact form)
- Contact details: email and phone number (where voluntarily provided)
- Message content: project or enquiry information submitted via form or email
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and pages visited (for anonymous analytics)
Our mobile applications (on the App Store) are governed by separate privacy policies, available within each application.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Responding to enquiries — Art. 5(2)(c) (pre-contractual discussions) and explicit consent
- Preparing service proposals — Art. 5(2)(c)
- Improving website performance — Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, anonymous analytics)

4. Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the following third parties strictly to the extent necessary:
- Web3Forms (form submission infrastructure, web3forms.com) — outside Türkiye; form content and IP address
- Vercel (hosting infrastructure, vercel.com) — outside Türkiye; anonymous access logs
- Authorised public authorities — only upon a lawful request
Data is not sold for commercial purposes and is not shared with other third parties.
5. Retention Periods
- Contact-form messages: 2 years
- Commercial records of clients with whom a contract has been signed: 10 years (per Article 253 of the Tax Procedure Law)
- Anonymous technical logs: 12 months
Data whose retention period has expired is securely disposed of.
6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you are entitled to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Learn which data is processed and to which third parties it has been transferred
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request the deletion or anonymisation of data whose retention period has expired
- Object to decisions resulting solely from automated processing
- Claim compensation for damages arising from a breach of the KVKK
