Game development

We build casual mobile games at an independent scale — prototypes and full products delivered in two weeks to three months. SpriteKit is paired with SwiftUI, allowing menu and store screens to be developed efficiently.

Core mechanic

We focus on a single question: why will the player return? We do not proceed until this is answered.

A playable build is produced within 2–3 weeks — visually rough, but with clear gameplay.

Level design, audio, visual refinement and monetisation are addressed. A/B tests indicate which options perform best.

Launch

Launch begins in one or two markets. If reception is positive, the title is rolled out globally; if not, we evaluate the cause. Not every title is expected to succeed.

Casual, puzzle and runner genres. Our typical format is single-handed play designed for short, two-minute sessions.

Ad-supported or paid?+

Both models combined typically perform best. Ads retain free users, while a paid tier captures revenue from those who prefer an ad-free experience. Either model alone consistently underperforms.
